Modular Rainwater Harvesting System
While witnessing today’s drastic changes in weather conditions, we adopted advanced technology to build a highly proficient modular rainwater harvesting system according to every project requirement at Retas. To address the complex requirements for the conversion of rainwater, we offer innovative and end-to-end solutions across the country. We build modular rainwater harvesting systems to save rainwater and make the best use of it.
Our rainwater harvesting simplifies the complex methodology of conserving rainwater through a systematically arranged system. We focus on two fundamental concepts of rainwater harvesting:
- Save the rainwater that usually goes wasted
- Protect our environment by recycling plastic waste
We won the prestigious India Water Pitch-Pilot-Scale Startup Challenge under AMRUT 2.0 for our innovative solutions.
Fundamentals of our Rainwater Harvesting
We prepare modules for our rainwater harvesting system and are highly focused on technical and environmental aspects. Let’s have a look at the key components of our system:
Rainmaxx Tanks
We create RainMaxx tanks to store rainwater. Our engineers build these tanks by recycling single-use plastic. It is an underground water storage solution, designed for areas with limited space to recharge groundwater. Made from recycled polypropylene, these tanks are highly durable with a 30-year warranty. We use FRP-based filtration technology inside the inlet to keep the tank clean and maintenance-free. Our engineers construct the system with interconnected modules and set it up with the proper size. Then, we wrap the modules in geotextile sheets and finally cover them with soil.
ENDOBOT Inspection system
To ensure the quality of harvested rainwater, we conduct regular inspections of the entire system, including the pipeline. We ensure the pipes, carrying the rainwater from the catchment area to the storage tank, are in good condition. The systems are designed to collect rainwater from rooftops and other catchment areas, which is then channelled through a series of pipes and filters before being stored in a tank. It is quite important to inspect the pipelines from time to time for the proper functioning of the system.
Retas Rainwater Harvesting Filter
In designing of harvesting system for rainwater, the most important component is the filter. Rainwater is unfiltered water and can clog the system if it doesn’t purify the water properly. Moreover, rainwater cannot be used if it has dirt, mud, or any other impurities. So, we design the system with a proper filtering process. Our rainwater filters are made up of FRP (Fibre Re-enforced Plastic) and have a stainless steel filter inside. It is GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) approved.
On a concluding note, we provide proper assistance to our customers from designing to installing the system. We serve every kind of industry and offer complete support. Our professional team also share expert advisory and consultancy services to understand the complete design and construction of modular rainwater harvesting systems. By installing the system, you can make a big impact on saving our environment and preserving its beauty.
